Reservation of Services: To reserve the services of Bloom Culture Flowers, the client must purchase a design consultation. The contract must be signed, invoice paid, and a valid credit card number must be placed on file with us. **This is a separate fee outside of the cost of flowers 

Credit Card on File: Bloom Culture requires an open valid credit card account be kept on file. Your credit card will only be charged for last minute additions or incurred expenses that are made to your order for your event, or if there is any unpaid balance for any florals that has not been paid 4 weeks prior to the day of your event.  By signing this Contract, you expressly {{brand.name}} grant permission to bill your credit card for the above-described services, should there be a balance due.

Payments Accepted: Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or AmEx) 

Flower ordering: Your flower order is a separate order and is in addition to the consultation fee. Your floral order only pertains to the COST OF FLOWERS needed by and purchased by the client. The cost of flowers will be procured by Bloom Culture flowers and agreed upon with the client before billing. Payment in full is required before flowers will ship. 

Balance of Payment: The flower order (not consultation fee) balance can be paid in installments or in a lump sum agreed upon in the Floral Recipes and Agreement contract sent to clients after consultation. Failure to pay in a timely manner will be considered a termination of the contract and no delivery will be made.

Order Changes & Confirmation of Order: Changes to your order must be verified in writing and can only be made no less than 30 days prior to your wedding.  Pricing to your order will be adjusted accordingly. Client is responsible for reviewing order and notifying Bloom Culture of any changes. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that changes made to the order were received by Bloom Culture.

If the change request can be honored, an updated copy of the order will be sent to the client for review. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the order within five (5) days. Failure to do so within five (5) days will be considered de facto approval and acceptance of order as is.  Once final approval has been made, order total cannot be reduced.  All revisions after this point will result in reallocation of budget.  Additions to order will be allowed but adjustments may be made to individual item prices based on material availability and costs.

Substitutions: All fresh products are subject to availability and freshness. While we prefer to send the flowers and varieties requested and/or listed on the order, due to the perishable nature of the product, substitutions are sometimes necessary.  We will attempt to contact you with information on substitutions.  However, we reserve the right to make the needed changes without approval if deemed necessary due to the sensitive timing.  We will take the utmost care to maintain style and color scheme while using flowers of equal or greater value. Accordingly, we also reserve the right to artistic license in design. This allows us to adjust to the peculiarities of the flowers used, serving you to the highest of our ability. If specific varieties of flowers are listed in the order, Bloom Culture reserves the right to make substitutions to assure maximum quality for your event when such conditions affect availability. Flowers, as any natural product, may have variations in color, size, fragrance, etc. Therefore, Bloom Culture in no way implies or contracts to exactly match a given shade, tint or hue of any color. The flowers will be ordered as listed and Bloom Culture will employ our professional knowledge and education to assure the colors are as close as possible to your choices within the constraints of time and your budget. Bloom Culture may substitute an item due to last minute changes or additions to order. The Client acknowledges that they may not be notified if substitutions are made. 

Shipping and Delivery: We ship all of our flowers FEDEX Priority overnight and require a signature. Which means they leave the wholesaler in the evening and are delivered by 10:30am (local time) the following day. If you are in a rural area account for a later delivery time.
Orders will not ship on the following days:

  • January 1

  • Martin Luther King Day

  • Memorial Day

  • July 4

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day After Thanksgiving

  • December 24-26

  • December 31

Flowers arrive late: This is rare but delays and inclement weather happen. Sometimes the further you live from a big city, the longer it takes to reach you so they may still be in transit but we wont leave you high and dry. You’ll get a tracking number and you can always contact us to help you figure it all out. Even if they are late, they are not gonners, they’ll likely just be a little hangry. We’ll just have to give them the floral version of avocado toast to help de-grump. I mean, how do you feel after a day of travel when all you want to do is eat and sleep. Flowers aren’t much different.

Acceptance of Delivery: In the event the Client is not available during the scheduled delivery, the client will designate someone to accept/sign for the delivery and be sure all items requested are accounted for. Bloom Culture Flowers will not be held accountable if any flowers become damaged or missing due to failure to meet with the delivery person.  The Client does hereby release from responsibility florist in the event The Client or Designated Person cannot be located or chooses to not sign-off delivery. The Client is responsible for accepting the flower delivery. Fedex/UPS may or may not leave it at the door as is per the discretion of the driver. 

Flower Quality:  If your flowers are not in great shape (this is rare but can happen) We have some flower hacks to help get them perked up and feeling sassy again. Not every flower will be perfect and a loss of 1-3 stems/blooms per bunch is normal. If you feel they are not salvageable you’ll need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to get a full or partial refund. 

The Client understands they are to contact Bloom Culture IMMEDIATELY (no later than 24 hours) of delivery or pickup if there are any issues with the order like damaged flowers, major color discrepancies, or missing product. We cannot issue refunds for minor color variations.

Refunds: Refunds must be requested in writing and photos (no less than 3) of the product must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be calculated based on items purchased specifically for your event and is subject to partial refunds based on quality.  Refunds will be issued within one month of the event.  Refunds will be considered as follows:

         * The consultation fee is non-refundable.

  • Product Issue:  Client must contact Bloom Culture within 24 hours of receiving flower shipment. Client must provide no less than 3 photos of product in question.  No refund or replacement will be issued without photos or if client fails to submit product issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Color & Size Variation:  Bloom Culture will not issue refund or replace product with slight color variations. Flowers, as any natural product, may have variations in color, size, fragrance, etc. Therefore, Bloom Culture in no way implies or contracts to exactly match a given shade, tint or hue of any color. The flowers will be ordered as listed and Bloom Culture will employ our professional knowledge and education to assure the colors are as close as possible to your choices within the constraints of time and your budget.  

Cancellations: It is the client’s responsibility to notify us in writing no less than thirty days prior to event date of cancellation. If it is less than thirty days out from the wedding, no refund can be issued.

Model & Photo Release: By signing this Contract, you expressly grant Bloom Culture permission to use photos from your event in various forms of advertising promoting florist and our services. Where images are provided by your contracted photographer, appropriate credit will be given. Bloom Culture may use and publish photographs of all persons, flowers and décor involved in the event for editorial, trade, advertising, web site use, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium that they see fit to promote Bloom Culture. Bloom Culture may, at our cost and discretion, document aspects of your event with photography, video and or written word with vendors of our choosing. Bloom Culture will be respectful of your privacy and anonymity by not including your name or photos of you and your guests without prior permission. This documentation is for our portfolio and for proof of vendor delivery.


Extreme conditions: We will make every possible effort to work with the wholesalers and companies that deliver flowers for your event in a timely manner on your behalf.  However, Bloom Culture shall not be liable for delay or the inability to deliver flowers due to severe weather, traffic accident, road closures, landslides, floods or other acts of nature or war outside of our control.  

Counterparts:  Parties to the contract may sign on different copies or through different methods of transmission for a unified contract.

Liability: Bloom Culture will at no time be liable for more than the amount the client has paid for the amount contracted. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency, liability is limited to refund of monies paid.

Refusal of Service: The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so.

Arbitration: Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the President or a Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Unpaid fees by the client shall be exempt from arbitration and settled via Small Claims Court or other appropriate means.

Bloom Culture reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time if we feel that the obligations stated in this contract cannot be met.
