This alternative is fun and unique. We take the same approach to this as we do our corsages. You can make it a day ahead and keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh and prancy. When I made this one I kept it in the fridge for almost a week and it looked good! It was definitely soft but at a week I was happy that it looked decent. Now I am not suggesting you make it that far in advance but just to give you peace of mind that it will hold up.
